I wouldn't of thought it but this angled shape makes it very easier to use and get a precise line. The creamy formula glides on effortlessly with even pigmentation. As it's a twist up mechanism you won't be needing to sharpen it and you wouldn't need it to be either as this liner seems to keep it's shape at the moment anyway. The eyeliner comes in matte black packaging with silver writing and feels very sturdy and definitely way up market for something that costs £1.50
At £1.50 these MUA these liners are only 50p more than their standard liners which really isn't bad if you ask me, it also comes boxed with a bunch of eyeliner tips on the back. I find I don't have any issues at all with this eyeliner, only for the fact that they need to bring out some fun shades, the eight colours they have out already are just a little too basic but nevertheless useful.
Sea Blue is a creamy medium yes sea blue with just the right amonut of deep inkiness but still stands out with it's perfect blue hues. I don't currently have a similar blue liner in my collection like it.
