Rimmel 3 In 1 Powder Blush in 001 Spring Flower

Honestly I wasn't expecting much from this, in the past Rimmel blushes didn't have amazing pigmentation and had a very bland texture. I can say now this 3 In 1 blush is the complete opposite.
Although it does have a silly free scratchy brush that is a waste of space, I'd rather have more blush than the brush.

The texture and pigmentation is astonishing for Rimmel, it's smooth, silky, soft and applies like butter. With one swipe you pick up a descent amount of product.

Spring Flower is the lightest colour out of the 4 shades that they offer and is full of pretty petal pinks with very fine shimmer in a graduation. It is hard to use these separately as there's limited space between them, it's quite a small pan to begin with. Though this does make up with pigmentation so a light hand is needed for your spring flush.

NYX Long Lip Pencils

Lip pencils are good for a lot of things, making lipstick stay longer, aids a clean lip colour application and ease of changing lip colour by for example doing two tone graduating lips.
These NYX lip pencils are around 7inches and are obviously longer than the average lip pencil, making them last longer but the main thing is the quality being scarificed? To me not at all, I find that they have just the right texture being not too creamy but not too hard and scratchy either.

I purchased 3 shades which are all vampy tones

L2R
Deep Purple- A deep reddish blackened berry not really purple
Prune- A muted fig colour
Current- Much like 'Deep Purple' but with muted brown red tones.

Sally Hansen Sculpt & Shape Maximum Definition Lip Color in Rococo

I saw these Sally Hansen lipsticks while making an order from FragranceDirect, at £1.99 why not?
I purchased the shade 'Rococo' which is a opaque deep brownish blood red and a cream finish. The first thing I noticed about this lipstick is the fact that the casing looks like some kind of gold spaceship! While it's on the unique side it really isn't pratical at all, as when you twist the lipstick bullet it only goes half way down so you end up having to dodge it while putting the lid back on.

As this lipstick claims the staying power is pretty good, especially since the lipstick is so shiny. I definitely feel the moisturising properties. Now for those of you that do not like scented lip products, beware this is really strongly scented. Now while I like a nice scent, I don't think I like this one at all. It's a very sickly vanilla smell, not like MAC lipsticks, one that makes you feel like you've had a big chocolate binge and you're now paying for it. I'm thinking diet aid haha! :)

While there's quite a few downsides to it, I don't think it's that bad. If you like some unusual makeup this might be for you.

Green Man EOTD

In memory of Peter Steele who passed away this day last year.
With his handsome looks, deep unique voice and inspirational song writing. He will be missed but never forgotten.
Type O Negative is my favourite band  and I decided to go with the green theme and do a 'Negative' sign, although it could've been soo much better if I had patience.

Vampiress Beauty Randomness 22

Whoa 22? Same as how old I am this month which is weird coincidence.
My current skincare routine lotions/serums

Superdrug Optimum Swiss Apple Overnight Serum
Superdrug Optimum Swiss Apple Skin Renewal Day Cream
Clinique All About Eyes
No7 Anti-Dark Spot Facial Sun Protection SPF50

Part of my FragranceDirect order. Revlon Top-Coats to dazzle up my manicure, these were all £1.50 each!
L2R Belle, Star, Galaxy, Slipper.

Maybelline Shine Seduction Glossy Lip Color in Peach-Tini- I've been wearing this a lot lately and I actually picked this up from PoundLand a while back. I'm not even sure if Maybelline are still making them. It's a shame because this has a lovely smooth texture that isn't too thin and has no stickiness. The colour is a nice and a not too sheer bright pink coral with gold flecks.

LipSmacker in Vanilla Cream Egg- Absolutely yummy, the scent has a smell of white chocolate and isn't that strong as most of their others but I like it and I'll always be a fan of LipSmackers!

Makeup Academy (MUA) Eyeshadow in Shade 15- Pearl & Shade 2- Pearl - These are my new additions to my MUA shadow collection. They're only a £1.00 each and the quality really does rise above the price.
Both are pearl finish shades and I always have to have plenty of white and blacks in my shadow collection to contour and highlight. The texture is creamy and pigmented and bursting full of pigment.

And The Winner Is....

So I wrote all the names on a piece of paper, cut them out, rolled them up, put them in a pencil case, shook it around and pulled out a winner. Suddenly I though why didn't I just use Random Number Generator?

Anyhow how here's the winner

Congratulations and thanks to everyone that entered! :D
