Anyhow this soo called 'different packaging' doesn't make using lipstick any easier. It works by pushing up the button on the outer case and the lipstick becomes loose, then you just twist up the inner tube like how you normally would use a lipstick. A ordinary lid would be faster!
I guess the only practicalness would be if you were the type that always loses their lipstick lid in their handbag. This would be much more reliable as it's locked in the casing.
Going on to the inside product, it really does remind me of the 17 Mirror Shine lipsticks which you can see my review here. This one 'Framboise Petillant' is sheer and shiny but slightly better.
The colour reminds me of glistening pink water. The texture is very moisturising and light, but it does have a heavy perfume scent like most Bourjois lipsticks do which could be bad for those with sensitivity to fragrance. Mind you I myself do like the scent, which fortunately is tasteless, if that helps. :)
Longevity isn't that good to be honest, it would be rare for it to last for an hour without drinking or eating.
Overall I think it's a nice novelty lipstick but not the greatest, and it isn't the worst either.
This will set you back at around £7.99
