I Never Fake A Strawberry Milkshake....

Why did i buy this? Strawberry Milkshake came to mind! I cannot resist scented lip products.
As with all Anatomicals it comes with witty text, and bright multi-coloured packaging.
This lipgloss is deliciously scented, smells like real strawberry shake!
It isn't as glossy as most lipglosses but definitely softening like a balm. It has nice ingredients like Sweet Almond Oil and Vitamin E. Leaves my lips really smooth!
I will hopefully invest in more Anatomical products since i love this one.
You can get it here & here. Or if you have a Morrisons near you...that's where i picked up mine.

Barry M Touch Of Magic Green Lipstick!

First thing first, this is actually not green....hmm well it is, but it comes out a 'Pink' shade depending on the alkali level of your lips. So basically it's your own shade, think of Smashbox O-Glow & Too Faced Mood Swing at less than half the price at just £4.25. This is also Waterproof with added aloe vera. Which apparently stays on for 8hours.
Anyway the verdict.
So i have really pale lips and i mean pale! This gives me my longed for natural deep rosy pink shade that feels quite moisturizing and not so dry. It isn't going anywhere either it actually gives you the most prettiest stain with wear.

Above is my swatch, as you can see tiny green bits dissolving into my own pink shade!
My shade turned into a deep rosy pink. :)

Wet 'N Wild Mega Plump Lip Gloss

This is what Wet ' N Wild say:

Pucker up with a lip gloss that gives you a plump pout without the pain or expense of collagen injections! This brilliantly sheer lip gloss contains Maxi-Lip™ for full, kissable lips, while Vitamins A, E & aloe vera delivers moisture with just a hint of sheer, shiny colour.
The more you use it the longer the plump lasts - feel the tingle working!
  • Maxi-Lip enriched lip gloss to truly make lips fuller for the perfectly plump pout
  • Lip gloss infused with Vitamins A, E and aloe vera to protect and moisturize. Sheer, shiny lip gloss colour enhances natural lip colour and reduces fine lines and lip wrinkles
Application Tips
Start in the center of your upper lip and apply towards the outer edges. Repeat on lower lip. Follow the contour of your lips being sure to not go outside your natural lip line. For a longer lasting application, apply lip liner first.

The shade i picked up is in 'Plum Desert' these are on the sheer side but with a glass like finish!
As you can see from my swatch.
I have to say there is not one bad thing about these...apart from the fact that you need to reapply often, which you have to do with most glosses, this is fun for me, as they taste so good!
Think of cinnamon mint chewing gum! Honestly does make you feel fresh.
About the plumping, my lips are already on the full side, but it does seem to enhance them!
These aren't sticky at all neither thin nor watery just plain nice! On top of that added vitamins A, E & aloe vera. For just 99p! From here

I definitely will be getting more! You can also buy these in selected Tesco stores too. Some Boots stores might have it too.

Christian Breton Cosmetics, Yes Purple Blush

So i found this while browsing through Ebay. I don't really see 'purple' blushes very often, and because i like weird and wonderful shades i had to have it!
However i have not heard of this brand before so i done i quick search and found a official site of this brand (Christian Breton).
Seems to me a high end French brand? This is not the only unusual shade! There's quite a few on this site.

Here is the pictures i took and a swatch! It's very pigmented so a light hand will do. The consistency is smooth and blendable.
Anyway i will find a way to wear this!
So anyone heard of this brand, or perhaps it's a local brand? Let me know. :)

YBF Great Expectations 9 Piece Collection

Whoever remembers Models Prefer Cosmetics on QVC, will know that the brand name has been changed to YBF ( Your Best Friend). Not sure how i feel about the name, nevertheless this 9 piece collection really got my eye going.
You Can purchase this item from Ebay or QVC. QVC introductory price is £25.98 & will go up to £28.95.
"ybf's Stacey Schieffelin has chosen these versatile colours to create a host of different looks. Her Great Expectations Collection includes Neutralizing Face Primer (15ml) to counteract redness, plus Let There Be Light Illuminating Creme (3.3g) to create a soft glow. For the eyes there's the Amazing Gaze Eye Shadow Quad (12.5g), Eyeliner Pencil (1.1g) and a Transforming Brow Pencil (0.14g). To add contour, use the Transforming Cheek Colour Quad (15g). Finish your look with either of the two Lipsticks (4g) and top with the Organza Pearl Lipgloss (3.5ml)."
I really adore this lovely little set, apart from the fact that the lipsticks smell a little weird, the brow pencil will never replace my Rimmel Brow pencil in Hazel! and the blush needs a very light hand for my pale skin.
Thumbs up for the Face primer! I swatched it on my hand and it sunk in real fast and felt velvety smooth!

The lip gloss smells gorgeous like 'Fruit Salad' the eyeshadows are medium pigmented with luxurious slight shimmer.
The highlighter is creamy & light, great for adding light to check bones along the nose etc. The eyeliner is glidey and smooth but i don't think it will wear long! I do like the fact that these lipsticks are very unusual as you will see. :)

Real Red Eyeshadows

Manic Panic Vampire Red - Ok i know it's a blush, but Manic Panic Retailers state it can be used for eyes.
Total pigment from the first touch. Only downside is that it's quite rough in texture.
Go Cosmetics Eyeshadow ES22- Silky and smooth. Sheer at first but intensity can easily be built up. I hate the Fact that Go shadows DO not have any names. (very boring). ha.
(Swatches are without primer)
